At Tarneit Boxing Fitness, our Women’s Boxing & Fitness program is designed to help women build strength, confidence, and fitness in a supportive and comfortable environment. Sessions combine boxing drills, strength work and conditioning to create a full-body workout that is effective, engaging and empowering.
Classes are suitable for all fitness levels, from complete beginners to experienced trainers. You’ll learn real boxing skills, improve your fitness, and train alongside like-minded women with guidance from experienced coaches who understand how to progress safely and effectively.
What You’ll Learn in Women’s Boxing & Fitness
Training covers boxing basics such as stance, footwork and punching technique, including jabs, crosses, hooks and uppercuts. You’ll work through pad rounds, bag work, shadow boxing and simple combinations that improve coordination, timing and confidence with each session.
In addition to boxing skills, classes include strength and conditioning elements designed to improve core strength, endurance, and overall fitness. Workouts can be scaled to your level, so you can push yourself while still feeling comfortable and in control.
The focus is not only on physical change, but also on building self-belief and mental resilience. Many women find that training improves their energy, mood and confidence both inside and outside the gym.
